Ferro-Bifacton" Advertising Iron This is a
shape and name I have not seen before on one of these advertising irons.
I imagine that like the others with similar names this one also had something
to do with iron supplements. Just the name gives me heartburn---I wouldn't
take the stuff. But he iron is great! Wouldn't it be nice if your
doctor gave you one of these every time he wrote you a script!

Tailors Iron Paperweight Flat Iron This piece is cast iron with a lead interior.
They were given out as advertising or promotional items from Reid Bros. Red
Goose Shoes to be used as paperweights. This one is missing its identifying
logo / decal from the side, but still has a good amount of original red paint.

Mini Irons inc. Sanford-Binet IQ Test Iron That
is what I have been told anyway about the one on the left. Something along the lines of if you thought it looked like a
boat with an anchor you
were most likely to become a sailor or fisherman, if it reminded you a space ship
you probably were destined to become
an engineer or astronaut, and if it looked like a pressing iron your name was given to the iron collectors club as a prospect. The one on the right is just a nice looking miniature ox tongue iron.
