2 Tilt Handle Long Rabbit Planes    Both of these are marked with the maker name.  This style of plane was used to clean out large rabbits or dados and are usually associated with shipbuilding.  Note that both of these have nicker blades that would have facilitated this job or at a minimum kept down the tearout when going cross grain. They were used to create or clear rabbits or dados up against a right  angle and so the tilt handles.  These two planes are approx 16" long and about twice as long as one would normally see.        Click for Pic      Click for Pic

2 Wooden  Planes  In the front is a nice rosewood fore or jointer.  The 1" rabbit in the back is missing its nicker, but is otherwise nice.  It is approx 26" long.
