Note: The throats on all of the planes are good unless otherwise noted. Many sellers of block planes never address and buyers are never told of the condition of this critical aspect. These planes are prone to damage w/ stress cracks at the edges, or chips along the edge and the condition of the throat needs to be considered.
Stanley # 61 Block Plane
The type 1 # 61 Low Angle Stanley block plane is just under 6 "
long and does not have a moveable front. They date from 1902 or earlier.
The throat is nice. It is typically in demand more as a
collector piece than a user given the non adjustable throat and is a hard to find little block plane.
It will make a fine user though as well.

Stanley # 60 1/2 Block Plane
This 60 1/2 is a war issue model w/o handy features
milled into the sides. The finish is cadmium on the knob. This low
angle 60 1/2 block plane has a stress crack one one side of the throat.
It is still usable.

Craftsman # 3732 (#65) Low Angle Block Plane
The condition of this nice looking low angle block plane
is great. It looks like it was never used. I always thought these
were made by Stanley, but have also read that they were a Millers Falls product.
In either case it is of the same high quality that either of these outfits
produced with the only differences being the name in the side, on the cutter and
the lifetime warranty that the others never offered.

Stanley # 65 1/2 Low Angle Block Plane
This is an early # 65 Low Angle Stanley block plane that is about 7"
long. It is in nice condition. It has a cast rear adjuster, and the
nickeled cap has the 1897 patent date. The paint is original and
80% or better, and
the nickel plating OK but showing losses.
The throat is nice.
These low angle planes are especially suited for cross
or end grain work. It will make a fine user for general work, or such

Stanley # 95 Edge Trimming Block Plane
These are an interesting plane that Stanley first introduced back in 1911. They are useful for their intended purpose of cleaning rabbits and squaring
up the edge of boards. A nice plane in exceptional
condition.

# 140 Rabbit Block Plane The cutter
still has plenty of life left and is near full length. The japanning is
original and at least 90%. There has been some nickel losses to the
cap, but overall the condition is very nice. The side plate is nice,
and the screws are original. These are considered one of the best designed
Stanley planes and are a favorite with users with the skew cutter for end grain
work.

These interesting little block planes were used by
pattern maker and instrument makers to smooth out radiuses in their work.
This would be a type one with the black cap as after 1940 they came with a red
one. The condition is like new and this looks to have seen little use.

# 130 Double End Block Plane
Stanley offered this plane for a number of years. It is pretty unique
with the blade that can be inserted in either end feature so that it doubles as
a Bullnose plane. They are prone to damage,
but this one is OK

Stanley # 131 Double Ended Block Plane
The #131 is the upgraded version of the classic #130
seen above. These planes were offered for approximately 40 years starting
right after the turn of the century. It has a unique design where you flip
the adjuster back or forth to seat the plane on. This adjuster is often
cracked as it can be flipped only when the screw is let out enough and it will
crack if forced. This one is not cracked, but does have a minor issue.
The small tab to engage the cutter is missing on one side as can be seen.
This is really not an issue as the adjuster can simply be turned over and the
other side is fine. Other than that the overall condition is very nice.
